Medium Forest Hikes
For people looking to spend more time re-connecting to nature and healthy surroundings. These medium length hikes will be for folks who have a medium level of fitness and some experience in the woods. They will range from 1.5 to 2.5 hours with some elevation change over anywhere from 2-4 miles and while the majority of time will be on trail, we may find some quiet sit spots near the trail to relax for a bit.
Finding calm, recharging, building confidence, tech free, finding joy, and learning.
